#Win a @MeenoBabies “Cool Me” Seat Liner!
If you’re like me, you also worry about overheating your little one when you’re out on hot days. We’ve all experienced it: reaching around our child’s back as we take them out of their car seat or stroller only to discover that they’re a sweating mess as you’re peeling them from the seat. Oh how the mom guilt just keeps on piling up. But don’t worry, I’ve discovered a product that not only looks great, it keeps that prince or princess comfortable cool on those sweltering days. It’s called the “Cool Mee” Seat Liner by Meeno Babies (www.meenobabies.com)!
Meeno Babies – an innovative baby company, is committed to providing safe, reliable, quality products for you, for me, for every parent out there. In fact, each and every Meeno Babies product is CPSIA compliant – and has passed a (voluntary) independent 3rd party crash test! As a mom, that’s what I like to hear :)
The problem my family has with traditional car seat and stroller liners on the market today is that they are made of non-breathable materials, take too much time to install, and only fit one model of carrier, car seat or stroller. The Meeno Babies “Cool Mee” Seat Liners, on the other hand, are made from state of the art, 3-ply poly-mesh material that promotes airflow between your child’s body and their seat. That means that warm air escapes, preventing overheating and sweating while keeping your little one cool and comfortable. And guess what? They are universal so they will fit most car seats and strollers!
We selected the black Seat Liner for the Car Seat {$39.99} and are so happy with our choice! It’s also available in four other great colours: pretty pink, baby blue, desert sand and quick silver.
The seat liner itself was super easy to install {my hubby did it while I snapped a pic}, I think it maybe took him 3 minutes to get it on and ready for our Super Tester. While I wasn’t paying *that* much attention to the installation, the hubby did tell me all we have to do is place the Velcro piece on the back of the seat, pull the strap over to connect it, and push the buckle through the slot. Easy-peasy!
Not only does it look terrific, but it is a very trim and comfortable seat protector for our son to sit on as well. I like that it’s multi-purposeful :) It hasn’t become soiled yet, but when it does (essentially it’s absorbing the heat/moisture from your child’s body) I will just throw it in the wash and line dry it (as recommended) outside. Again, it seems easy enough!
Want to know what I’m really happy about? It actually works! Whenever we take our son out of the car seat he’s DRY (pictured above after a 35 minute car ride on a VERY hot day!) Finally, I can let go of the mom guilt I once felt from overheating my little man in the van. My only teeny, tiny, pet-peeve has been that the bottom gets scrunched up a little as I’m placing him in the car seat. It’s nothing really to even write about, but in the name of blog integrity, there you have it. But don’t worry, I’m still planning on buying one more car seat liner for when my youngest graduates from his infant “bucket” car seat in a few months’ time!
The bottom line? It’s a terrific product, works very well and I definitely recommend it!

I’m not sure why rafflecopter resets the form, but I had to re-do the mandatory entries to do a couple of the extra entries I didn’t do earlier. Can those entries be deleted from the contest?

I visited BARE and I liked that the bottle emulates the mother’s breast. I could have used this when I was trying to get my newborn to take a bottle! lol
