Sponsor Spotlight: Sacred Rose® Organic Herbal Tea

While it’s no surprise that I love organic products, you might not know that for the past couple months I’ve been reaching for tea instead of coffee! And it’s not just for flavour (although that does play a big part) but also for the added health benefits that tea offers over its counterpart. Since I’m pro-organics, I’ve been testing various brands, looking for the best one for me. That’s why I am absolutely thrilled to tell you all about Sacred Rose Organic Herbal Tea!
Sacred Rose® provides loose leaf organic tisanes to the emerging herbal tea aficionado and the conscious consumer
Sacred Rose specializes in organic herbal teas and accessories. Maria from Sacred Rose is sponsoring my New Year New Me package this year and has graciously offered to giveaway a $100 prize package to one lucky Organic Mama reader! This is one giveaway you don’t want to miss out on! =)
Leading up to the New Year New Me event, Maria recently sent me a few items to review for you:
- 1 box Beloved® Tea
- 1 box Soul of the Rose® Tea
- 1 box Morning Blossom®
- 1 box Dreamtime®
- 1 Crystal Tea Infuser
Upon first glance, I was already impressed and wanting to try these teas! They come in a really sweet box and are even tied with a pale pink ribbon! With Sacred Rose, you’ll definitely want to show off your tea collection when company comes over! The first cup of tea I steeped was Soul of the Rose:
Soul of the Rose® - a sensual blend of cloves, alfalfa, rose hips and pink rose buds which transmutes trauma into peace and joy and is especially beneficial to survivors of sexual abuse. This blend is especially therapeutic with Sacral Chakra issues. Soul of the Rose® balances the yin yang of the bodymind as it assists the sensual body: taste, touch, smell, sight to open to more intimate levels of healing.

I choose this tea first because I’ve been experiencing some severe health problems lately (more on that in a later post) and I could use a little help balancing and healing. Simply adding 1 teaspoon of loose leaves into the diffuser and into a cup of boiling water for 4 or 5 minutes made the perfect cup of tea! And oh my gosh, this smells SO amazing! I really loved the taste – it’s the perfect blend of herbs and very enjoyable to drink!
The hubster opted to try the Morning Blend first:
Morning Blossom® – an invigorating blend of peppermint, spearmint, rose, ginger and alfalfa that encourages motivation and joyful experiences. On the physical level Morning Blossom® assists the respiratory system and metaphysically it opens the Heart Chakra to a reciprocal balance of giving and receiving self, romantic and planetary love.
He’s a big peppermint tea fan, so this was perfect for him! I had a few sips and I really enjoyed it – it has a very crisp taste, and is quite invigorating. Definitely the perfect choice for an early morning!
Dreamtime is the perfect choice of tea after a long day at work (or home!) before hitting the sheets:
Dreamtime® – a soothing brew of passion flower, skullcap, chamomile and valerian that promotes a deep sense of peace after an overactive day providing a wonderful prelude to a peaceful night’s rest. Opens the Sixth Chakra so one can dream their vision in life while soothing the physical body so one can easily move from insomnia into a well rested sleep.
Finally, Beloved is a delicious blend that is perfect for absolutely anytime:
Beloved® – a consummate alchemy aphrodisiac of damiana leaf, jasmine, hibiscus, hawthorn, pomegranate and wild cherry bark, blended under the Law of Resonance of the One Sacred Heart of the Creational Flame. Activates the vibration of being loved, Beloved®.
As you can see, Sacred Rose offers its customers a delicious, organic selection of products for different needs! Go on over to their website (sacredrose.us) and follow them on twitter or facebook for updates and information!

Very pretty! I’m not much of a tea drinker except chai nor do I like coffee. It’s great that there are good organic options out there though. I know a few people who’d be interested!
