As parents, we often find ourselves thinking twice about what our children are putting in their mouths, but have you ever really considered if their toothpaste is safe? And what about your toothpaste, for that matter?

My husband and I have been using conventional oral care products all our lives, and aside from our 3 year old’s flouride-free toothpaste, we probably reach for the same brands as you do. But as we all know, just because everyone’s doing it doesn’t mean it’s right.

My husband and absolutely LOVE the different flavours of toothpaste! They taste really, really good – even our 3 year old son prefers Dr. Sharp’s kids toothpaste over his usual brand, which is saying a lot!

The toothpaste itself is a little stiffer to squeeze out from the tube. It’s not a huge deal, but it is worth mentioning.

The mouthwash, well, is a different story. I really didn’t enjoy the taste – at all. In fact, I wasn’t alone. My husband didn’t care for it much, either. I didn’t bother asking our son to try it out, but because taste is subjective, he may have really liked it. And so might you, for that matter.

I’m really glad to have made the switch to Dr. Sharp flouride-free toothpaste. I won’t be buying the mouthwash, but I most definietley will contnue using the toothpaste!
