National Infertility Awareness Week and Fairhaven Health {@fertilaidamy} #TTC #natural
Did you know that National Infertility Awareness Week is April 22nd to 28th? Don’t feel bad if you didn’t – the only reason I know is because of my own personal struggles with infertility. As I’ve written about in the past, it was my diagnosis with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome {PCOS} that explained why I was having such a terrible time conceiving.
Having two children resulting from invasive fertility treatments, I’m now wanting to try a more natural approach that has the most successful rates. Fairhaven Health recently suggested 3 products for me to try:
- FertilAid for Women
- FertileCM
- OvaCue Fertility Monitor Bundle
FertilAid for Women is an all natural, non-prescription that encompasses scientifically-proven herbal ingredients with essential vitamins that promote “female hormonal balance and reproductive wellness”.
I chose it as an alternative to prescription drugs. It’s helping normalize my reproductive hormones – which includes progesterone, prolactin, follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and estrogen. I have no negative side effects and it is keeping my monthly cycle regular. I really feel it’s making a difference in my overall reproductive health! The hubster even noticed my PMS symptoms are much more manageable too :) FertilAid for Women is definitely going to be a part of my daily regime for a long time to come!
FertileCM is a balanced dietary supplement that promotes the healthy production of fertile cervical mucus. I have noticed a dramatic difference in my CM and plan on continuing taking it until I see a BFP!
The OvaCue Bundle contains the OvaCue Fertility Monitor (with Oral Sensor), as well as the Vaginal Sensor, making it the ideal combination for pinpointing the days a woman is most likely to conceive.
In my opinion, the OvaCue Fertility Monitor is the best at-home fertility monitor ever made. I am so highly impressed with this little gem. The unit itself is compact, easy to use and fast! All I do is wake up each morning and place the oral sensor in my mouth for 1-2 seconds. The spoon-like sensor is so quick and accurate. But when I really want an even more increase in accuracy I turn to the vaginal sensor. Again, the ease of use is crazy simple and quick. The monitor is easily programmable and so compact I can barely believe it’s for real.
While I haven’t gotten pregnant yet, I feel confident in my choice to try to conceive naturally – without the use of prescription drugs this time around. I trust that it will happen for us and the tools and supplements at Fairhaven Health will get us there!
Fairhaven Health knows what a couple struggling with infertility goes through. Not only do they supply their customers with quality products, they have the best customer service I’ve seen in a long, long time. I highly recommend Fairhaven Health to all you women (and men!) trying to conceive!

I highly recommend the monitor-it’s great, but the supplements are just as important :)

I am glad there is so much awareness now. Some women in my family have suffered from this and it was very difficult for them to talk about. Thanks for sharing.

You’re absolutely right – the silence should end.

The FertileCM sounds like a much safer alternative than using Robitussin or such to thin out your CM. Thanks for telling us about these products!

Luckily, I did not have any problems with conception of my children. I love that there is awareness and products out there that can help families who need it. Wonder if the FertileCM really works, please let us know!
