‘Tis the season to celebrate – and eat delicious home baked goods, right? Right…except, for me I’m not that keen on gaining weight this Christmas season, especially since I’ve lost all my baby weight (yeah!) and then some in the past couple months. But of course I still *want* to enjoy a little treat now and again, so I thought to myself, I need to make something fun to eat, that tastes yummy but won’t pack on the pounds.
